Our Outing With Sarah - So Proud of Her!

We visited Sarah the other day. We surprised her and she was so happy to see us.

She had been having a rough morning. She is not a morning person, she takes after me in that area.
She wanted to get some ice-cream. She was a little upset when she found out that the proper transportation was not available for her to go somewhere with us, but low and behold she was the one that came up with a plan as to how we could work around this situation. I was so proud of her working out this situation, using her problem solving skills in a verbal way. Soon we were all in aggreeance . We looked for a DQ, but all we found was a Baskin Robbins.
It took her a little bit to choose what she wanted. Even when she made her choice, it was like she wasn't happy with the choice she made. It didn't keep her from eating what she chose though :) I suppose she really wanted a blizzard.

She kept her behaviors under control as best as she could. She knows that if she is not safe then she has to go home right then.
When we got back to her place we told her that we had to do some more Christmas shopping for her and with that, she bade us a hasty retreat LOL. I guess she wants lots of presents LOL. We love you Sarah :)
